early check-in amazing breakfast clean room comfortable bed
The staff was friendly. They let me check in early since my flight landed early. The hotel offered tea and coffee. The breakfast was amazing and staff were helpful. The room was very clean and had top-quality facilities. The bed was comfortable.
The windows did not offer full insulation. Outside noises are present, especially when you sleep at night.

amazing surprise
room upgrade delicious cake helpful staff
the hotel staff made my birthday special they upgraded my room to a larger suite it had a cake and candles waiting for me in the lobby i felt so welcomed and celebrated everyone was ready to help with questions or needs making my stay perfect
i noticed the coffee pods provided for the nespresso machine were not the best quality i ended up buying my own to enjoy a better cup it would be great to see an improvement in this area

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Encountered
small elevator poor insulation
The elevator was quite small. Only one person with luggage fit. The sound insulation was poor. I could hear noises from the street and other rooms! the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. These things detracted from the experience.

The rooms were quite nice. i stayed in a king suite turkish hammam bath tub and the bath tub was a great feature. the staff were amazingly friendly. They helped me with directions.
the lift did not go to all floors. this was a slight inconvenience.
